Products purchased are guaranteed for one year from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If found to be defective within the warranty period, your  Sketch Tiles product will be repaired or replaced with proof of purchase via purchase receipt, date of purchase, and product details.

 Sketch Tiles has the right to decline your request for a replacement if on inspection our team member does not believe your request follows our conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by routing usage, alteration, modification of the product, or damage caused by accidental or intentional misuse or failure to maintain the product as per the maintenance instructions.

The User may exercise the right to withdraw and return the goods received, without any penalties and without having to specify the reason, in compliance with the terms and methods indicated below.

The User may request to return goods directly on the Website, by accessing his/her own account and completing and submitting to the Seller the returns form, following the procedure laid down therein.

Goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and bearing their bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them; it is not possible to reimburse Users for goods that are returned incomplete, ruined, or damaged.

The goods the User wishes to return must be delivered to the shipping agent within fourteen (14) days, starting from the date on which the User notifies the Vendor of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the User. 

On return of the goods, the Seller shall check their conformity with the terms and conditions laid down in this paragraph.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, the Seller shall refund the User any amounts received for the purchase of the goods.

Whatever methods of payment are used by the User, the Seller shall arrange for the refund in the shortest possible time and any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, having checked the conformity of the withdrawal procedure and the returned goods.

The Seller generally refunds the amounts using the same method of payment used by the User when purchasing the goods. If a virtual credit card was used, or the credit card has expired, is about to expire, or is stolen, the User may email Info@SketchTiles.com to agree on the most appropriate repayment method.

Typical replacement or exchange scenarios that will not be accepted include:

Customer change of mind.

If you have entered the wrong shipping address or not entered shipping information, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

If the product is not made of the material that you expected.

If you have selected the wrong color or size when purchasing.

If you purchased the product on the assumption it was suitable for young children.

If you are not satisfied with bearing freeness or through miss-use contaminate the bearing with grit or dirt

Damage inflicted to your item/s incurred by the user.

The product has been cleaned using water or any method other than stated permitted in the maintenance section of this website.

PART 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sketch Tiles, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to **Sketchtiles** whose Instagram handle is @Sketchtilesoffical. The "Prize" refers to **Prize Details** (e.g. one set of Sketchtiles essential).

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by **23:59** on **31 July 2024**. One (1) winner in North America and the European Union (excluding the rest of the world) will be selected at random by The Promoter on **31 July 2024** and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of America and the European Union (excluding the rest of the world). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.

In addition, shipment is done by Amazon only to the areas specified above, if the shipment reaches customs for any reason, charges of release and/or unpaid tax will not be directed to the Promoters and will be charged to the winner or returned to the seller.
